Terms & Conditions

RAMMToughNJ provides quality digital printing & custom apparel. All orders are secured with a 50% deposit after pricing is agreed upon by both parties. Payment can be made by cc, check, bank transfer, cash app to $RammToughNJ or Apple Pay. Please note, there is a 3 business day extension on all orders paid for with bank transfer or check. Once deposit is secured, 

RAMMToughNJ will provide mockups based off customers needs. 3 Mockup Variations are  included in pricing plan. Additional artwork or artwork that exceeds 3 hours will be billed at $55 per hour and must be paid prior to production. Upon completion of artwork, all customers are required to sign and date the Mockup Concepts form and email it to RAMMToughNJ@gmail.com. 

No production will begin with out signatures. All production will be completed with 7-10 business days from date of artwork approval, not date of payment. 

Balances will be due prior to shipping or upon completion of installation depending on job type. Any sign, banner or display that is damaged due to weather or conditions beyond control will be replaced for only 65% of initial cost. RAMMToughNJ is not responsible for any signage that is displayed against the advisement of RAMMToughNJ in areas not suitable for signage. 

RAMMToughNJ is not responsible for any shipment delays from UPS, FEDEX or any other delivery service.

By competing invoice payments and or approving art mockup, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please address any and all concerns prior to moving forward. Thank you
